Installation, dismantle, temporary roofs, chimney scaffolds, birdcages, towers and more — estimated to the site in front of us, then confirmed on a visit.

A maintenance issue or a home improvement on the outside of the property: we will talk the job through with you and any other trades. Independent scaffolds with brick guards, ladder access and a tidy ground-level, inspected every seven days until the work is finished.

Professionally trained crews with years on commercial and industrial sites. We plan lifts around the working day, fit fans and netting where the public pass, and keep the ground clean. Handover certificates go to the principal contractor the same day we sign the scaffold off.

A lot of our week is chimney work. Independent scaffolds with their own ties and loading, so a stack can be rebuilt, lined or taken down without loading a fragile covering. Steep streets and tight drives are priced in, not discovered on the morning of the erect.

Coastal weather does not wait for a programme. Temporary roofs let roofers and carpenters work through a Hastings winter. Roof edge protection is fitted as part of the scaffold so follow-on trades are not left on an open verge.

Not every job wants a full independent. Birdcages for ceilings and large rooms, alloy towers for short-duration work, and designed access over porches and conservatories so the roof can be reached without loading the glass.

Installation and dismantle, plus the kit that keeps a site tidy and neighbours on side. Heras fencing, waste chutes, protection screens, support scaffolding and putlog work — quoted with the access, not as a surprise extra.
